Home stay Reservation

Reservations are usually accepted from a month to no less than two weeks in advance. Applications may be made by e-mail, fax, or letter. We respond within two weeks of the day of receipt.

Changing and Canceling Notice

If you wish to change or cancel a reservation, contact us immediately, to allow us to accommodate other applicants.

Home stay Program Procedures

·          You send a home-stay application by e-mail, fax, or letter to the head office of Vietnam Home stay

·          We find a proper host family.

·          We inform you about your hosts and inform them about you.

·          You arrange to meet your hosts at the airport or some other place, or to go directly to their home.

·          You pay the home-stay fee to your hosts as soon as you arrive at their home.

·          And then enjoy your stay as a member of the host family
